Worms:
Acoel flatworms, Waminoa sp., are a small invertebrate resembliung flatworms. The animals lack a gut; the mouth opens directly into the interior body tissue.
Polyclad flatworms are hermaphroditic. Some species engage in "penis fencing", attempting to impregnate each other. Bearing young is metabolically expensive for these animals.
